On "Baby Mama"

From The Dispatch:
"Baby Mama" is pretty much your average overcoming adversity comedy, in which a career-driven business woman (Fey) who is unable to have children goes to an agency who sends her a raucous, uncouth loudmouth (Poehler) to be a surrogate mother to her child. Friendships are made, broken, reflected on with a montage complete with sad pop song and ultimately healed - then everyone goes home happy.

But thanks to Fey, Poehler and an absolutely hilarious supporting turn by Steve Martin (who nearly steals the entire film) as Fey's new age guru/organic market executive boss, "Baby Mama" has a distinct charm to it, even when all the jokes don't always hit home.
