Knee-jerk Reaction to "Lady Chatterley"

The MPAA slapped Lust, Caution with an NC-17 for "some explicit sexuality," but Lady Chatterley only got an R for "sexuality and graphic nudity?"

The MPAA is officially useless. Not that that's news: for one sex is always treated more harshly than violence for some reason. NC-17 for Lust, Caution and R for Hostel Part II as humorously noted in Cinematical. Double standard much?

Lady Chatterley is every bit as graphic as Bernardo Bertolucci's NC-17 rated The Dreamers...just in different way. Think Last Tango in Paris without the butter and misery.

Review coming soon.
