Rated R for Smoking?

This is a website devoted to requiring an R rating for films that contains smoking.

I'm sorry but that's just ridiculous. Have these people not seen Thank You For Smoking? I don't smoke, and I don't like it when people smoke, but an R-rating just for tobacco? Could you imagine Good Night, and Good Luck having been rated R? Or Casablanca?
