On "Run Fatboy Run"

My review of Run Fatboy Run was published in The Dispatch today, but I'm not going to bother quoting it because it is quite possibly the worst review I've ever written. You can read here if you must, but I don't recommend it.

Run Fatboy Run is not a bad movie, it's quite charming in its own way, but my review is terrible. I liked the movie but wasn't passionate about it and I think it comes across in my writing.

But I would suggest going to see THE BAND'S VISIT instead.

I'd have to think long and hard about my worst reviews and I'd rather not. Better forgotten.

Having said that, this one isn't as bad as you think. Maybe it's not your most passionate, but does its job, gets in, gets back out, does it quickly and nobody gets hurt.

If that's your worst review, you're doing pretty well for yourself.

My advice? Don't ever tell anyone what you think about your own work, or they might agree with you. If you don't tell them, most people won't ever know.

Lies! I loved your review, and I have not even seen the film. Maybe you feel that way because all your other reviews are always so excellent. I like your honesty though, very admirable.

Yeah, I think you're selling yourself short on your review. It's nothing groundbreaking or out of the ordinary, but it is a competently made review.

Sorry, I was just messing around with some cut and paste :). I think your review was just fine.

I'm not falling for your trap. I'm not even going to click on that link. I know what's best for me.
